My Production and publishing are currently not working and my organisation cannot currently access our Learning Portal (containing our published recordings). I am unable to roll back to a previous version as the publishing screen does not show previous versions - see attached screen shot. This is getting quite desperate for my organisation now as we are about to move into the next phase of our ERP system training (the whole reason for getting ClickLearn in the first place). I would be grateful for any and all help. Thanks Penny

Hello,I made a recording and in one step I can´t remove/edit the highlighted text in the screenshot.I have set “Full editing” for this step. Does anyone have an idea how to remove the highlighted text?

I'd like to exchange a screenshot for a specific step in my ClickLearn recording. The software is still under development, which means I can’t currently capture the exact screenshot needed. However, our training materials need to be released before the correct screen becomes available, which is why I've created a ‘mock-up’ version of the correct screen. Could you please advise on the best way to replace a screenshot in this situation?

When I am editing the text for an item, can I add text AFTER the bold items (the button/field etc.)?Or will this break the Replay functionality? I thought I remember being told not to do this - to only enter the text in front of the bold items - but I can’t find that back. Thanks for the advice!

Hi ClickLearn Community,In the current UXP panel, I’ve noticed that the AI chat responds based primarily on the file name. Is there a way to enhance its contextual understanding by embedding tags or keywords within the document itself? For example, could we use metadata or structured annotations to guide the AI’s responses more accurately?I’d love to hear if anyone has tried this or if there’s a recommended approach from the ClickLearn team.Thanks in advance!

Hi community,I'm encountering an issue with text formatting in my recordings.In a side-by-side note containing screenshots and formatted text (see screenshot 1), the formatting is not correctly displayed in the video subtitles (see screenshot 2).Screenshot 1 Screenshot 2The same issue occurs with written material (see screenshot 3).Screenshot 3 Interestingly, everything appears correctly in the editor and webview preview (see screenshot 4).Screenshot 4Any ideas on how to resolve this?Thx.

Hi there,I’m struggeling with croping of images, especially for replayed steps in different language.E.g. I have recorded some steps in english and replayed them in german. Croping image for english version is not the deal. But when I try to crop image for replayed steps in german, ClickLearn sometimes ignores my croped area.Englisch Version: German Version: crop image doesn’t workAnd this is how it looks in the editor. The croped area is totally different.What I’m doing wrong? Thx for your help.

We are using ClickLearn Studio to record from Dynamics 365. Our recordings have shown numbered steps previously but we have set up a new Project and that doesn’t show any numbers on the steps. What is going on. We have imported the publishing template from our main publishing project (where the step numbering works perfectly) into the new project but the numbering has vanished.

We are looking to deploy the UXP to 400 + computers. I have tried the batch file in the guide from the public documentation but it simply does not work. I’ve applied the GPO locally for testing before setting it up on our domain controller. The log file states that the process starts but nothing happens after that.

I’d like to create a few tutorials on how to use ClickLearn for other authors within our group. Is there a way to record ClickLearn itself?

I completed a Try it yourself challenge via Click Learn Universe,  but ending up deleting the recording that was on one of the files - (I thought I was deleting the project) -  Recoding  was called “Accounts Payable” and was withing Learning Portal Project. I was trying the Structure and segments exercise - anyway to restore this.  

Currently all of our authors can see the “Published Content” in the portal; however, some of this training should not be shared.  How do we restrict access to the “Published Content” tab?  Thanks for the assistance!

HelloMy colleague managed to run a last successful production last friday. I did some changes today and tried to produce the content. The system tells me, that there’s already a production running.is it possible to see production jobs running somewhere? is it possible that we have some jobs running endlessly?Thanks for your help.BR, Daniel

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on the translation of my trainings and keep running into issues:When a recording (content blocks with image), for example, contains 10 assets (e.g., images), and a different language is selected, only one asset is shown across all recordings instead of the full set. However, when looking at the source, the correct assets are actually there. It’s just that only the first of the 10 is displayed.  Some recordings are set to be replayed, but I’d like to reuse the same recordings for other languages as well (video mode only - no assistant). Even though I choose to ignore the translation, it still doesn’t work as expected.To 1: Why is this happening, and what can be done to fix it?To 2: Is there a way to make this work without having to duplicate or re-record the videos for each language?Thanks in advance and best regards,Hona

As soon as we deactivate the UXP extension, everything runs smoothly again.Are there any known performance issues when UXP is active? I am getting Error message 0||| on execution log. When I run any Test ATP it is giving this error message on Log. It show when any recoding starts. Please find below screenshot for more  details. The execution is aborting without executing all the recording attached on a Test. If there are 3 recording attached to test then It is getting failed after executing the 2nd object.  

Hi Team, I am automating the IFS Cloud Application. I have a scenario where I have to attach a file on Purchase Order (IFS Cloud). I have created a recording to create Purchase Order on IFS Cloud. while recording the steps after clicking on the browse file button on IFS cloud recording is not recognizing the file explorer. Please suggest is there any way to add the steps to attach the file.   

I have ClickLearn 12.1.56.0 installed and both ClickLearn Connector 12.1.21.0 (Edge) and ClickLearn Connector 12.1.21.0 (Chrome), yet I'm unable to start a recording. The full screen stays greyed out, mentioned green rectangle doesn't appear. .At first, I thought my widescreen monitor, which allows split-screen, was causing this.But if I work on my laptop only (monitor not connected), I have the same issue.
